However if any imperfections to the workmanship of material should appear within one year after the date of purchase HOMME, will repair or replace the defective part or item absolutely free of charge. Thereafter, HOMME will repair any defective part or item subject to a service charge.

The product must be returned to HOMME, together with a brief description of the problem, and insured for its full value.

HOMME will complete any required repairs and return the instrument within four weeks after receipt of the instrument HOMME. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, improper service, or repair by anyone other than HOMME. or to products that have had their identification numbers removed or have been otherwise defaced or altered.
