What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.


Orders

I made a mistake on my order. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at contact@homme.london. Our support team will gladly assist you.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 12 hours of payment. Email us at contact@homme.london with your order details and requested changes.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. Contact us at contact@homme.london with your order ID to request a cancellation.


Shipping

Shipping options and costs:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 per item

How long does delivery take?
Orders with In-Stock Products are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Orders with Made-to-Order Products are processed and shipped within 20–30 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Italy): 2–10 business days

  • Other countries: 7–15 business days

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not support multiple address shipping in one order. Please place separate orders for different delivery addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We recommend using a home address. Shipping to PO boxes may result in lost packages.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Tracking may take time to update, especially for registered airmail. If it hasn’t updated after 10 business days, contact us at contact@homme.london.


Order Status & Delivery

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are generated within 5–7 business days. If you don’t receive it by then, please contact us.

I haven’t received my order – what now?

  • Check your tracking status. If marked as delivered but not received, allow a few extra days.

  • Sometimes couriers mark items as delivered prematurely.

  • Still concerned? Email us at contact@homme.london and we’ll investigate for you.

What’s the status of my order?
You’ll receive:

  1. A confirmation email after placing your order.

  2. An update when your item goes into production.

  3. A shipping confirmation with tracking.
    Can’t find it? Check your spam or promotions folder.


Returns, Refunds & Replacements

What if my item is defective, the wrong size, or incorrect?
If the issue is due to our error, email contact@homme.london with photos of the product. We’ll send you a free replacement once verified.

What’s your return and refund policy?
Please refer to our Return Policy. We offer free replacements for:

  • Incorrect design

  • Poor print quality

  • Shipping damage

To request a replacement, email contact@homme.london with photos and a description of the issue.

Haven’t received my refund yet – what should I do?

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company (processing can take up to 10 business days).
    If you still haven’t received it, email us at contact@homme.london.
